Today’s Employee Spotlight is on Diksha Diundi, one of our fantastic medical writing fellows. Read our Q&A with her below.
Where are you from?
I was born and brought up in Delhi, India. Presently, living in Englewood, CO.
How long have you worked at Synterex?
I started my fellowship on June 27, 2023.
What is your favorite thing about the company?
Synterex offers learning opportunities at every step. I am gaining experience in myriad things like regulatory writing and training programs on drug development and related documents.
How did you end up in the world of medical writing?
I believe science communication is as important as conducting experiments to generate reports. Medical writing is an indispensable part of drug development. Getting experience in this field will enhance my skill sets and career considering my background in toxicology as well as clinical pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
There are so many things. The list is really long 😊. Getting to learn so many aspects of medical writing and my wonderful colleagues are some of the best perks of working at Synterex.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Accomplishment, I really don’t know what to quote. But rather will say, I appreciate my undying nerve to learn more and apply that knowledge.
What are some of the hobbies/interests you’re most passionate about?
I am a trained reiki and Lama Fera healer and tarot card reader. So, when not working, I usually love to guide or heal family and friends.
