Prior to that, she held in-house consulting and FTE medical writing and clinical science positions at both small- and large-size companies, including managing a group of programmers and vendors working on automated documents, with cumulative industry experience of nearly 20 years. She lives in the Boston area with her husband, 2 children, and dog.

Over his 25+ years of experience in the life sciences and clinical research industry, he has brought a passion for innovation and technology to his leadership of medical writing, GCP quality assurance, operations, and training teams. This breadth of expertise reflects a strong foundation in both technical and leadership domains, allowing him to drive compliance and operational excellence across complex projects. In addition to technical expertise, he has contributed thought leadership through presentations and discussions on topics such as motivation, engagement, and agile methodologies in regulated environments, emphasizing continuous improvement and adaptive project management practices.

Jonathan Towles is Chief Technology Officer of Synterex and is an enterprise architect, Microsoft MVP, and vExpert EUC focusing on end user computing (EUC) and collaboration technologies, with over 15 years of experience in the unified endpoint management (UEM) industry. He has been a regular speaker at AirWatch Connect, VMWorld, VMware Explore, and Dell Tech World and holds Okta Professional and Administrator Certifications, AirWatch EMP, EMA, and Double VCP-Digital Workspace and Desktop Mobility along with hosting one of the top mobility/UEM-focused blogs on the internet, MobileJon (https://mobile-jon.com/). Currently, his focus is on generative AI and building out Synterex's AgileWriter.ai® document platform to help bring new medicines to patients efficiently.
