Training and Development
Synterex empowers employees to attain their professional goals and aspirations. We have various avenues that assist employees to reach these goals.
A carefully curated training platform ensures Synterex values are upheld for the client's benefit, while enabling an employee to shine. The training platform incorporates technical skills by subject area. It also includes the soft skills that a successful cross-functional collaborator in clinical research needs.
We encourage eligible employees to attend relevant external professional training and conferences. Cross-functional training is open to eligible employees who would like to learn more about other business functions.
Mentoring opportunities are available. We document where employees have been on their journey and provide regular feedback. But we also want to know—where do you want to go? And how can we set mutual goals so that working at Synterex can help you get there?
