Synterex believes in empowering employees to obtain their professional goals and aspirations. Various avenues have been created to enable employees to reach these goals:

The training platform incorporates technical skills by subject area as well as soft skills that are needed to be a successful cross-functional collaborator in clinical research.
  • Eligible employees are encouraged to attend relevant external professional training and conferences.
  • Cross-functional training is open to eligible employees who would like to learn more about other business functions.
