Synterex Fellowship Opportunities

Synterex is proud to offer fellowship opportunities for individuals who have completed an advanced degree in life sciences within the previous 2 years. This program provides a full-time, benefitted fellowship position for individuals who have completed their advanced studies at accredited colleges or universities. Each fellowship position runs for the equivalent of 52 weeks of full-time work (40 hours per week).

Fellowships are available in regulatory writing and medical communications.

Our ideal candidate would have a background in the life sciences with a demonstrated interest in and a desire to further a career within the field of pharmaceutical research and development. This person would have the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment. We strive to involve our fellows in all aspects of the business.

Our regulatory writing and medical communications fellows will gain exposure to:

  • Pharmaceutical research in many stages of development, including nonclinical and clinical research
  • A broad variety of document types from formal communications with global regulatory authorities to manuscripts for scientific publications
  • Practicing professional communication with large virtual teams and managing project meetings
  • Exposure to project management, operations, and business development sides of the business
  • Software systems for professional publishing and medical writing

Each fellow will be paired with a senior staff mentor to help navigate the fellowship experience and ensure they have the resources they need to achieve their learning goals. Synterex is a fully remote workplace. Laptops can be provided to fellows if needed.
